ULTRA CUT II

​

Ultra Cut II is a premium stencil material for general purpose and is our most popular selling material. It is reusable so great value. The material is clay-coated polyethylene bonded to ultra removable/reposition-able light-tack adhesive which is applied to a have backing. The material is impervious to inks, paints and stains. It is long lasting and the surface coating ensures there are no smears and runs commonly found with plastic stencils.

SSB-CUT

​

SSB-Cut is a heavy duty synthetic stencil board made from opaque plastic attached to a heavy baking. Commonly used for stencilling on wooden crates and cartoons it is a very durable option. Again this material can be re-used repeatedly.

POLY-CUT

​

An ideal material for precise marking, perfect for small characters down to 3mm, where sharp, clear and non-stretched lines are required. A high temperature material capable of withstanding high temperatures up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Made from polyester this material produces superior paint masking, holds tightly and releases cleanly.

POLY-CUT SC

Features the same benefits of Poly-Cut but is designed for even preciser marking and is ideal for characters below 6mm

CLEAR CUT 5B

​

A clear polyester material, Clear-Cut 5B is long-lasting, durable and cleanable. It will remove without curling and remain flat for as long as you want to keep and use the stencil.

CLEAR CUT 7B

​

A similar material to Clear Cut 5B but slightly more durable with a heavier Kraft backing.

POLY CUT HT

​

A premium high temperature masking material. This popular stencilling material is able to withstand temperatures of up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. This material is widely used by the aerospace industry and coatings industry for masking.

PRO COLOUR VINYL

​

This material is ideal for creating signs, lettering, graphics and decals. The material features a semi-gloss surface and permanent adhesive on a stone paper liner. Available in a wide range of colours this material has a 5-7 year outdoor durability.

MAGNETIC VINYL

​

This material is ideal for railcars, transformers, drums and large steel containers. It features a heavy backing, Mag-Cut™ adhesive holds the magnetic vinyl in place while cuts are made. The stencil can then be easily peeled from the backing. Ideal for metal ferrous surfaces.

V-MASK

​

A material designed for marking on irregular surface contours. A highly conformable material that will mould to sharp changes in surface contours like the skin of an aircraft. It is unique in that it can be used with or without transfer tape.

SANDBLAST

​

NCB64 Sandblast material is available for masking in the surface coating and aerospace industries.
